 I understand the minds of athletes. Having played NCAA Division 1 Field Hockey for the University of Michigan on scholarship, and the Canadian National Development Field Hockey Team, as well as being a member of the University of Oxford Amateur Boxing Club Varsity Team, I know what it takes to compete at top levels, the challenge of recovering from difficult injuries and transitioning to life beyond competitive sports.

I help athletes and teams raise their mental game by creating customized solutions for the mental components of peak performance. Whether it’s creating the right environment for leadership success in teams, helping individual athletes overcome challenges and increase overall performance or coaching players transitioning out of sports, my customized strategies can help you achieve your goals.

It is a scientifically proven process to improve your mental and physical health by using signals from your body in order perform at your best.
